My Designs | How to Craft a Header, Footer & Image insert like a Pro

9/12/2018

I love designing, more so than writing, maybe that’s why my blogs and website pages take so long to do.

Header Image for a post
A LinkedIn Footer for a post

I really want them to be perfect for what I am trying to say after all everything today is fast visual analyzing before we decide to go further and read the article. As we swipe through pages we stop and look at something because it catches our eye, we stop and spend time on the web page because the designs tell our brains that this is the site we need to be on, we subscribe to the highlighted area because the color is telling you it’s the right choice.

This article is not meant as a Tutorial. The TA can be found on the website and I will do a hands-on article to help you with some shortcuts later.

I wanted to do this blog to share with you the designing platform I use. If you ever think of starting your own Blog or Website or even just creating a Christmas Card

Canva.com is the site to be on. As I turn out my pages of articles on various subjects in 2019 you might wonder where I get my #designs from, you might even want to start designing yourself but do not know how to start. I will do a separate article on the different platforms out there to write from later. As it is we are on Medium, my first Blog platform. I will head over to Patreon and Steem in the next few weeks and go through the Why’s and How’s as I do it. I chose these platforms because they support a #PassiveIncome for #Entrepreneurs.

Here’s a #tip: I think even the most successful people turn to share their experience and knowledge on the internet because they know that the majority of the human population is searching for answers to their ever seeking questions. We have a burning desire for information, now this is the important part — Become the Creator! Knowledge is Confidence use it.

Canva.com is really free. They do not support an affiliate program but do offer an upgraded model for the more professional bloggers or website designers. Head over to Canva where you will find the best design and image inserts for all the social media platforms or just creating awesome designs to share with your friends. All images are sized and ready to download, all you have to do is add your blurb to their image bank or upload your own, do your design and download. You can also download the Canva App from Playstore to do your designs on the go.

Like I said, in the beginning, I always take to long with my designs because that’s one of my #Passions, I get stuck in the #Creating part. If you find you have the same problem and just want to get down to your writing or you have no interest in designing or even feel you suck at it, you are more than welcome to give me a Follow and a DM on my Twitter and I will help you out.
